Hand made silk scrunchies botanically dyed.

Materials:
100% silk
Homemade plant dye (avocado, nettle, dandelion, blackberry, elderberry, marigold all give different colours).

Naturally dyed silk, hand dyed using plants I have grown in our back garden or allotment, foraged or is a waste product for example avocado stones and skins (zero waste!).
Each one has its very own story!

Often the scrunchies are made using the off cuts from the silk scarves so even more zero waste points!

Wear in your hair or on your wrist, use as a flash of colour on a dull day. Great to wear colour in a subtle way.

Care:
Due to the delicate nature of the fabric as well as the plant based dyes, there may be some slight variations in tone and colour that occur over time.
There may also be dye marks where colour has taken in some areas deeper than others.

It is recommended that you do not wash this product unless necessary, however can be hand-washed I cold water if needed and line dried.
